Today’s random air show photo comes from Wings Over Wairarapa 2015.

Here we see two Yak-52s, ZK-KGB nearest and ZK-YAK behind, taking part in a race. They’re pretty low!

The two aircraft are very low in a slight bank, about to fly past the photographer. The front one is white with red stripe and the rear one blue with silver stripe. Both are trailing white smoke. In the background can be seen the airfield runway and grass and some trees and hills. The sky is clear blue.
