Today’s on-this-day post had a really wide selection of possibilities, as it included a few hours I spent on the viewing deck at Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport in 2012.
I’ve chosen a beautiful Boeing 747-400, G-BNLI, of British Airways. Although the Airbus A380 was in service by this time, I still think of 747s as fleet flagships, and this one is also a flagship for the OneWorld airline alliance.
