Today’s random air show photo — neither Corsair nor De Havilland — is Brendon Deere’s magnificent Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX, ZK-SPI (PV270/AL). It is seen at Classic Fighters 2011, Omaka.

The front half of the aircraft is shown up close, taxiing right to left. It is grey and green camouflaged with grey underside, large, yellow-ringed RAF roundel on the fuselage, and a duck egg colour spinner. Behind is a large hill.
