Combi

The on-this-day photo for the last day of October comes from 2004 once again. It shows Air New Zealand’s one and only Combi Boeing 737-200, ZK-NQC, in a very plain scheme, lifting off from Wellington.

The aircraft is plain white with grey undersides and bare metal engines. In the foreground are fence and gates with many signs. The aircraft has just lifted off the runway. The sky is blue.
